Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days. We work with a few logistic providers to ensure that all orders are delivered on a timely manners. For purchases within Peninsular Malaysia, we do our best to have the order delivered within 3-5 working days; for purchases within East Malaysia, we do our best to have the order delivered within 7-14 working days.

Shipping charge is RM8 per order within West Malaysia; RM15 per order within East Malaysia.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail us your order number and complaint describing the product condition within 7 working days of delivery at support@pipoca.stelix.biz or call our customer service for return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused or disregarded by Pipoca.asia.
If Pipoca.asia authorises a return of the product, we will email you the instructions for sending the returned product to us. Damaged/defective product must be returned securely packaged and wrapped. Pipoca.asia will not be responsible for the delivery cost of your returned product.
After receiving the product, we will examine and test the defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect you described is found valid, we will deliver you a replacement. However, if we are not able to provide a replacement of the returned product for any reason, we will refund you by bank transfer. The refund process will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval.

**IF BUYER FAIL TO PROVIDE THE INFO OF THE PRODUCTS, THE BUYER MAY NOT ENTITLED TO THE RIGHTS TO CLAIM FOR REFUND OR REPLACE.
